TOLEDO/DERLAK/PAŁKA TRIO (EC/PL)

This trio is a collaborative project featuring Ecuadorian bassist and composer Daniel Toledo, Polish pianist and composer Aga Derlak, and Polish drummer Grzegorz Pałka. Each musician contributes equally to a musical identity built around interaction, improvisation and dialogue.

The trio’s music brings together South American and European influences within a contemporary jazz language. Its sound combines lyrical melodies, rich harmonic textures and rhythmic energy, moving naturally between intimate moments, open improvisation and more dynamic passages. The project reflects a shared interest in spontaneity, musical storytelling and the creation of a strong collective sound.

Grzegorz Pałka – drums
